Synthesis of Dualband Band Pass Filter Using Multi Objective PSO

In this paper, the authors propose a synthesis procedure for the design of microwave dual band pass filter using multi objective Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) for 3.5GHz and 5.5GHz WiMAX (Worldwide interoperability for Microwave Access) applications is presented in this paper. This filter provides an insertion loss within the pass band is around -5dB and return loss is -35dB at the first pass band and insertion loss within the pass band is around -7dB and return loss is -15dB at the second pass band.
