In any organization or institution, documenting employee's information is very important for both employees as well as management. It shows an individual's progress to the management. Many documents of employee are in the form of papers, so it is very difficult to arrange and for future reference the users need to spend more time in getting the exact document. Also it is very tedious to generate reports according to their needs.
