Tablet devices are injecting excitement into the workplace as they present organizations with opportunities for new ways of working and servicing customers. Its form and function make it a perfect device to support worker productivity, and the numbers say it all.

IDC’s Tracker research shows organisation’s growing appetite for tablet devices in the Asia/Pacific region, excluding Japan. Enterprise tablets accounted for 20% of mobile device shipments, which include corporate laptops, smartphones and tablets. This percentage rose to 27% in 2014.
