Your users want to access the Internet from the road, but don't have their own ISP. To help, your company purchases dial-up access. Users don't need permanent access, just the ability to dial-up temporarilty. Here's a policy you can present to dial-up users wanting dial-up access so they know the rules of the road. You can download this policy in Word format it, and modify to meet your needs.
