In the Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), a large number of sensor nodes are deployed in the monitoring area. They are self-organized through a specific agreement to perceive, to collect and handle the measured object (target) information in the monitoring area. The wireless sensor network often works in place of a harsh environment where it has larger noise pollution. One of its main functions is target tracking, through processing data received by the sensor network to obtain the estimated information such as target position, velocity, acceleration and so on.
