This paper is to construct a quality control system and salary management system for Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SMEs) in Taiwan. The enterprise in this case is an established Hotel Amenities Products manufacturer. It needs to build an information system to incorporate inter-enterprise transitions so that transaction data can be exchange rapidly and clearly. In salary management system, the authors provide payroll management and implement the salary including declaration of individual income tax return and payroll agency service. The information system construction enhances the overall competitiveness of this SME in results.
