Modern computer networks are characterized by a sharp increase in traffic volume and the wide use of applications running in real-time multimedia applications, multicast applications. The performance of a modern computer networks is largely characterized by parameters such as Quality of Service (QoS). To ensure the QoS requirements have been developed: an integrated service (Integrated Services architectures, IntServ) and differentiated services (Differentiated Services, DifServ). However, both of these architectures cannot be used in mobile networks, as mobile networks are essential parameters such as the fluctuation of the delay and packet loss.
