The Impact of E-Learning on Students Performance in Tertiary Institutions

E-learning has become an increasingly popular learning approach in higher educational institutions due to the rapid growth of Internet technologies. E-learning is the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to enhance and facilitate teaching and learning. This paper examines the application of e-learning model to explain acceptance of the e-learning technology within the academic settings. The study confirms that in order to foster individuals’ intention to use an e-learning, positive perception on e-learning use is crucial.
