The target localization based on probabilistic detection model with false alarm rate on binary sensor is researched in complex wireless sensor networks monitor area with sensors misstatement and omission. Beacon nodes send '1' to base station when the detection probability to signal source is greater than the threshold, in the case of distance information between beacon nodes and signal source is unknown, range free Improved Subtract on Negative Add on Positive (ISNAP) algorithm is proposed to estimate target location.
