In May 2015 DocuSign acquired ARX and its flagship CoSign Digital Signature product, marrying together the two industry leaders in electronic and digital signatures. This merger creates new benefits for current and prospective customers using electronically signed documents, and offers multiple viable technology options for electronic signatures. Case studies from the Oregon Department of Transportation, which uses the CoSign product, and the Nevada Department of Transportation, which uses the DocuSign product, show that electronic signatures reduce bureaucratic delay, improve security, speed construction projects, and save taxpayer dollars.
