In today’s business environment, technology is an integral part of how an organisation operates, and it often falls to CIOs and IT departments to enable and facilitate the infrastructure and systems that contain the necessary data to support management claims of effective control.

In this report we will make an argument that ‘Compliance as a Service’ (CaaS) is a superior model to today’s disparate, ad hoc approaches by taking some of the burden away from enterprises and manual processes and tapping into advantages of the cloud, multitenant approach.

We will also point to what Box itself has done as an example of the benefits of the model.
