With the introduction of web 2.0 people is more familiar with internet. Peoples buy their product and post their opinion on merchant sites. Opinion mining is the task of identifying whether the opinion expressed in an article is constructive or unconstructive about a given topic. In this paper, the authors apply machine learning techniques i.e. Naive Bayes and support vector machine of different domain. However, the authors get the best results of SVM in compare to Naive Bayes in their data set.
