Formation of a tool to decide the educational learning system blended with form and reform is the major consideration of the researcher. This paper focuses on survey literature on eLearning platforms and its classification of paper. The literatures were obtained on the keyword indices along with paper and year. Researcher acquired relevant information of paper through online databases, especially on open access journals. By supplying keyword indices to identify the paper, researcher found 333 papers relevant to the concept. The papers were classified on eLearning style, patterns, structural concepts and contexts. The areas of classification were: learning types, architectural types, quantitative and qualitative analysis.
