Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) systems mainly aims to develop information sharing between different sections within the organization, and consider as a way of continuous improvement. Implementation and use of ERP systems require a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience. There are many failure reasons in the implementation of ERP systems and facing many challenges to apply of knowledge within organizations. This paper proposed KMERP framework to manage various knowledge within the ERP software. The proposed framework is composed of five dimensions (KM life cycle, ERP life cycle, System Development life cycle, information systems project management, and organization's Knowledge).
