Web services composition enables dynamic integration of business application on the web and achieves a more complex task that cannot be fulfilled by individual services. With growing number of functional equivalent services with different quality parameters, the non-functional, Quality of Web Service (QoWS) becomes crucial for selecting web services to compose new application. At the same time, it remains a great challenge to select user-interested services from the large number of candidates with multiple QoWS aspects. In this paper, the authors propose a unified framework based on dominance degree to implement personalized ranking and user-oblivious ranking.
