E-commerce is conducted using a variety of applications, such as email, fax, online catalogs and shopping carts and more. Most of these are business-to-business and business-to-customer models, which ensure the security, privacy and effectiveness of the commerce system. Virtual storekeeper is an interactive commerce experience solution. Commerce websites comprise a regular template featuring brand banner, wish list, category navigation pane, faceted navigation pane and multiple seasonal and regular promotions. There could be four request processor sub-components for implementing an effective virtual store keeper. They would interact with the commerce persistent layer and other network systems to retrieve the desired information. Request and response handler component would open up multiple channels for the request processor. A user could choose to talk to the commerce system through a keyboard or provide a voice input. Session controller tracks the list of previously queried requests based on the time stamps, which determines relevant response.
