Wireless Sensors are devices that monitor and record their surroundings physical and environmental parameters and transmit them continuously to one of the source sensors. A collection of such wireless sensors form a network called Wireless Sensor Networks. This technology is considered to be the best for the study of performance parameters. Routing is a technique which the authors use to select path to send traffic in the network, also called as Protocol. AODV, DYMO, OLSR and IERP are ad hoc routing protocols.
