0x50 Error

I have been having issues with several of our Laptops and Desktops, when working in Office 2003 and with some other speciality applications we get a blue screen with the below error message. The commonality is that office is running when this error happens.

Applications open – SurePrep, Outlook, Word

Problem occured when sending a Word Doc as an attachment.

This has happend several times and i am at a loss on what to tell my clients.

Please offer whatever guidence you can!
