2000 RRAS in NT Domain

When trying to configure a 2000 RRAS server and have it authenticate users to our legacy NT domain (yes, it is a member of domain,) the RRAS simply drops the incoming call from the remote user. You can see/hear the handshake on the incoming call, but after a few seconds, it drops the connection. Any help would be appreciated!
