2000 Srv >> hidden & time lock folders

How can I in a 2ooo Srv Environment;
– hide folders from the browser list
So that only a specific global group is able to see and access it.
– lock out folders between a Time span
In NDS we where able to lock out users for a specific duration and day. Is that possible in 2000?
