2.5 ” SATA Hard Drives – 12 of them!

Can any one point me in the right direct?

I want to make a network attached storage NAS.
I have 12 2.5″ SATA 80 GB hdd.
What I’m looking for is a way of connecting all these to a PC via PCI, USB etc…
What I’m having difficulty finding is:
Whats the easiest was to connect these to a PC?
Put a fiber card on a pc and get an enclosue?
Get a lot of 22-pin to ??? to USB converters?

I’m not totally mad, I plan on only connecting about 4!!!
But if that 4 are easy will there are 3 more sets after that!

Hopefully some one might be able to pint me to a web site or something,
