2K lockouts while logged in

Using active directories with several OU’s, some users in different ou’s get locked out for no reason, they are logged on when the lockout occurs and they don’t even have to be using the computer. Checked a bunch but might have missed something, anyideas. Happens about every hour and an half. Thanks for any assistance you might render
