2nd NIC card in WinNT

Kensington PCI adapter–Instructs touse IRQ 5 i/o 300. I can’t free up those resourses. HOW DO I find what IO resourse touse with a particular IRQ. I would like to try either IRQ 7 or 11. NT does allow a 2nd NIC card, right?
