2wire use as hub, no dsl

i have switched to cable from dsl. Can I somehow use the hub portion of the 2wire dsl modem without having dsl? plugged cable modem into one of the four ethernet ports, and my two pcs into two others. This one works fine, but my second pc keeps getting the gateway.2wire setup page.
