320 GB SATA Shows 160Gb In Windows 2000

Hello,
I have a Dell GX-620 Machine having Windows Xp O/S every thing was working fine but when i install Windows 2000 My HDD Size has got reduced from 320Gb to 160GB. What Should I do.
Please Help me out i have been searching this problem since last week.
