3COM 4900Switching

How should I know my 3 COM switching need service and damage? which ping should I check on command prompt?

I have problem with my switching since last weeks. I was using VLAN in my home office. 5 of Layer 2 switch and 1 unit Layer 3 switching.

I dont know how do check perfect. pls pls help me.
