3com Office Connect 56k Lan Modem

Here’s my problem, My modem is all setup and working fine. However, some of my staff have thier own PPP account with various isp’s. Some have netzero,MSN or AOL on thier standalone systems. Well, if they try to connect to their isp’s via a modem(person dial up modems in there systems) it dails and the browser says “Office Connect configuration Failure”. Now remember these are standalone systems with static ips run off the own modems.

I am a lost…
Here’s the killer I have some system up and run without have this problem. Yes, I mean I have them connected to their ISP’s
