3rd party Oracle support venders

I have some DBAs on staff who do a great job of supporting our DBs. Oracle, on the other hand, has done a terrible job of responding to our calls for help. Would you like to wave the flag of a 3rd party Oracle support vender who’s doing a good job? I’d like to hear from you.
