64 bit IE 7

I have Vista Ultimate 64-bit with IE 7. Am having problems with it & need a 32-bit browser. I downloaded Google Chrome & that solved some of my problems but not all. How do I download a 32-bit IE 7 or is there one I can use with my Vista program?
