9x login scripts sync

(Perhaps this should be in q & a)
anyway i use wsh login scripts,

to get them run sync ie. desktop, shell doesn’t load until script is finished on nt4 or 2kboxs is quite straight forward, but my question is how to do this for 9x clients ?

since 9x clients can’t take advantage of win2kserver gpolicy and also have tried using reg key RunLoginScriptSync to no avail.Never seen an option in 9x group policy editor either.

any suggestions ?
