a message saying “sorry your laptop has ran into some problem” comes up

I have a toshiba windows 8 laptop that I purchased a month ago and recently a message saying “sorry your laptop has ran into some problem and needs to restart” keeps on appearing on the screen and its very annoying since its b=practically brand new. Can you please halp me !
