a simple question

i have a small LAN of 4 machines,ICS has been implemented on a win2k server,i have enabled on demend dialing through a 56k modem which works fine appart from a timeout which occurs during the time i try to access the internet and the modem actually making that connectin, is there a way i can config this timeout duration to save refreshing the page every time i try to connect to the net from a client machine.
