About Linux

Sir,
I am trying to run Samba so that windows machine can access my Linux machine files. I have started my samba services and my machine name is also showing in the Network Neighbourhood of windows machine but when I click it, it is giving the message that the Linux machine is not accessible and also giving the message that Network path not found. Please reply what I will have to do.
