Access 2000 and Office 2000 Premium disk

On a w2k machine whenever I try to open an Access database I get a message that Windows is configuring Office 2000 Premium disk 2. It then gives me the message that there is no source for the install of disk 2. The install originally went without a hitch(was concerned about the disk 2 not reading the key code correctly). The problem occurs when I logon as user but not as administrator. Any ideas?
