Access 2000 faulting application?

I am having a problem with Access 2000 application hang issue. Event viewer displays “Faulting application msaccess.exe,version 9.0.0.6620,faulting module mso9.dll,version 9.0.08961, fault address 0x00469960”.
We have 4 networked PC’s running Win XP Pro all members of a domain. Each PC has same problem. We recently installed Outlook 2003 only. Word,Excel,and Access remain 2000. Is it at all possible that their is a conflict with having Outlook 2003 on the PC’s?
