Access 2000 – Please Help!

I assigned a user group for a database I designed in Access 2000. The application was reinstalled. I set an Administrator login that had all rights to edit my database. When the reinstall occured (I did not do the reinstall) my administrative user name no longer exists.

After the history:

Now, I cannot get into access at all. When I launch Access a login screen appears and I have no accurate password to enter. This occurs even when I try to create a new database. How can I reset thesecurity so I can get into Access?
