ACCESS 2003

I have Windows XP (SP2) clients on a Windows 2000 network. I have Office XP installed on the clients. Whenever I run ACCESS, it works fine but does not close properly, I get ‘ACCESS has caused a problem and needs to close. It then asks to send an error to Microsoft and wants to restart ACCESS. Any idease???
