Access 2003 email – automated based upon choice or criteria

Hello all, thank you for being a wonderful resource for those of us learning Access 2003.

I am attempting to send an email, automatically, from Access 2003. This requirement has the following criteria:

1. The email must be sent to addresses that are listed in a table.
2. The email must be sent based upon a filter function of certain issues we face (i.e., tears goes to address “A”, voids go to address “B”, etc.)
3. A report is run daily that parses the catergorical information and needs to determine which “failures” are above a certain limit, and then email based on those failure rising above said limit.
