Access 2003 email message embedding

I’m fairly new to Access but am looking to build a simple Workforce Management tool for the IT dept. It’s a couple of linked tables right now with sign in and drop down boxes for tasks and users. There are also some memo fields where it is customary to copy and paste the message field from an email message with an inquiry or task to be handled. I’m wondering if there is a way to embed the Outlook message in a field within the database? Maybe even a drag and drop feature, although that would be too special!
