Access 97 combo boxes

I’ve created some custom applications in MS Access 97. The forms have combo boxes that don’t open at the bottom of the textbox, they open at the bottom of the screen. How can I anchor the top of the combobox to the bottom of the textbox. There’s a little code such as, On Got Focus:”cmbSearch.Dropdown”
