Access 97 error

Hello,

I would like to ask you for some help in resolving an error that is getting worse.

Current Status

We have an Access 97 dB over an NT server, which concurrently accessed from clients running a Visual Basic application.
The Problem

We are getting ERROR 91, which means that a record has been locked, and to free it, we have to logout (clear) *all* connected users to that .mdb, .ldb, and .exe

Please your comments will be greatly appreciated, also if you know where is it possbile to get this info please don’t hesitate to let me know.
