Access Calculated Fields

i have a table that includes fields for original budget, approved change orders and square footage. I want to be able to add approved change orders to approved budget for a total project budget that can populate another table field named total project costs. That total I then want to divide by the square footage field creating a reault into a field named square foot Cost. I would like to have all displayed on a form and report if possible. All in Access 2007
