Access Command Buttons

Hi

I need to add a command button to a db form that will allow the user to browse windows explorer and effectively upload a word doc into the db which will then be viewable by other users. Adding the button to the form is not a problem, I need the actual code to get the button to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
