Access Denied

NetWare 4.11 with service pack 7
I’m trying to remove/delete an empty folder on my SYS:\system Volume and its giving me an Access Denied message. I’m loged in with the admin account. I have run a vrepair on the sys volume and it is still not letting me delete this folder. Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks!
