access denied when link gpo in 2k3

Hi,

I need help with a problem in an W2K3 domain. When I try to create and link a
GPO, I get the following error: “Access Denied”

I am Domain Admins.
In Dcdiag no errors
In gpotool no errors
And the rights of sysvol seem to be correct

Can anybody help me?
