Access keeps crashing

I can start Access OK but when I go to open a file no matter what file the dame thing crashes. I have uninstalled rebooted and then reinstalled Access and still the same problem. I keep getting a Kernel32 stack dump. What can I do, other than reinstalling Windows 95.
