Access Runtime 2007 file problem

Hi,

I hope somebody can help me.
I have an access database with VBA code.
I’ve made an accdr file using Access developer package solution.
Try to run this accdr file on a PC on which access is installed works only when I change the trust center settings – macro settings to enable all macros. On a PC where access is not installed, the file does not open (loop through save this file or open the file).
I’ve tried to make an accdr file of the file after I packaged and signed it, but didn’t find a way to do this.
How can I make an accdr file of an digitally signed access database so I don’t have to change the trust center settings (disable all macros except digitally signed macros)
