Access to Exchange Calendar via OWA

Do you know the correct set up for this: I granted Author access to my Calendar for my secretary. She can access it through Outlook 2000 but cannot via Outlook Web Access. She gets the cannot open Inbox (or something similar) error message. What canbe wrong?
