Access2003 – Grouping & “Keep Together”

In Access 2003, is there a way to set up grouping so that a field is grouped by more than just the first record?

I know I can go into the Sorting & Grouping dialog, and set up grouping by “with first detail”, but I want to keep the header with the first two or three records.
