Access97 won’t print preview

We have a user that has 365 records in an Access database and all of a sudden when he clicks print preview no records show up and when he tries to print it goes through the motion that it’s printing but it does not. I was wondering if anyone was having this problem. The PC is an IBM 340 with 48 megs of RAM and a 133 Pentium.
